Princess Nafissatou of Senegal- Banana Glace

You will need:

Three bananas,
One cup of whipping cream,
Two tablespoons of sugar,
One teaspoon of raisins,
One teaspoon of chopped almonds.

1. Mush up two of the bananas with a fork.
2. Stir the mush with the cream and the sugar, and whip until it forms very soft peaks.
3. Freeze for half an hour, or until not quite solid.
4. Ask your grownup to slice the remaining banana in half lengthways, then in half again so there are four pieces side by side.
5. Pour the mush over the pieces.
6. Sprinkle almonds and raisins on top.

Princess Pauahi of Hawaii- Haupia

You will need:

One tin of coconut milk,
One tablespoon of sugar,
Four tablespoons of cornstarch.

1. Put the coconut milk and the sugar into a saucepan.
2. Ask your grownup to bring the mixture to a boil.
3. Once off the heat, stir in the cornstarch.
4. Ask your grownup to return the pan to the boil, stirring all the time.
5. Pour into bowls, then put in the fridge until set.

Princess Victoria of England- Eton Mess

You will need:

Two tablespoons of whipping cream,
A big handful of strawberries,
Two eggs,
Two tablespoons of sugar.

1. Crack the eggs, separating them into yolks and whites.
2. Start whisking the egg whites until they make firm peaks.
3. Add the sugar, bit by bit, until the mixture becomes glossy.
4. Line a baking tray with baking paper, and spoon out little peaks of meringue mixture.
5. Ask your grownup to bake for half an hour, or until dry to the touch.
6. Meanwhile, pull the green tops off all the strawberries.
7. Whip the whipping cream until it forms soft peaks.
8. Break the cooled meringues into pieces with your hands.
9. Mix everything very roughly together- remember, it's not an Eton Tidy.

Princess Rani of India- Kheer

You will need:

Four cups of milk,
One cup of basmati rice,
Three tablespoons of sugar,
One tablespoon of chopped almonds,
One tablespoon of chopped pistachio nuts,
One tablespoon of raisins,
One cardamon pod.

1. Soak the rice in a big bowl of cold water for thirty minutes, then drain.
2. Pour the milk into a pan, and then stir in the rice and the sugar.
3. Ask your grownup to simmer the mixture until it there's about three-quarters left.
4. Open up a cardamon pod with your fingernail, and collect all the little black seeds.
5. Ask your grownup to take the mixture off the heat.
6. Stir in all the other ingredients, then serve either hot or cold.
